We believe that women can achieve their full potential when they have the right guidance and support. Our core focus is on women-to-women mentorship, connecting experienced professionals with emerging talents to help them navigate their career journeys. We also host a range of women empowerment workshops that provide valuable skills, tools, and resources to help women excel in their careers. Additionally, our thought leadership events bring together industry leaders and visionaries to discuss and address the pressing issues facing women in the corporate world today. About Kirsty Carlson
Her Collective as a concept was born out of many years of searching for a space for women to come together, to share, connect, nurture and celebrate one another authentically, empathetically and in integrity with one another.

I believe through the industry-wide mentorship program, workshops, consulting and coaching, I am intentionally creating spaces for more women to grow and thrive. These platforms are built to connect, share, guide and empower one another so that each woman can be uplifted to perform at their highest potential, with the knowledge and shared learnings to equip them how to navigate challenges found in the workplace.
