Her Collective Mentorship Program
The mentorship program is the foundation of Her Collective. The Mentorship program is an industry-wide program for women in the media & advertising industry. This program is designed to connect individuals within the industry with exceptional mid- to senior-level industry professionals. These professionals possess extensive experience and knowledge. Many mentorship programs in the industry are limited to a specific agency or company, which restricts access for other industry talent to benefit from mentorship opportunities with professionals outside of their own organisation.

This opens mentorship in a way that is accessible and truly impactful across the industry. As we nurture talent in our industry and support and guide each other while navigating similar challenges, we can facilitate significant change that uplifts the community of women. Ultimately, this will inspire and foster the development of future authentic, people-first leaders in our industry.
Program spans over 10 months. Kicks off with a 1 hour chemistry discovery session between Mentee and Mentor.
1 Mentee is allocated to 1 Mentor for duration of the program.
2 x 1-hour sessions per month
Mentees and Mentors are required to meet certain criteria to participate.
Her Collective reserves the right to the Mentor and Mentee selection for the Her Collective annual Mentorship Program
